Directions for Use

1. Place gloves on hands, making sure strings are in the palm area of the gloves: left hand into left handed glove, right hand into right handed glove.

2. Carefully test strings to see if pulling contracts hands.



3. Position orange rope behind back

4. Have your assistant/spotter adjust the rope length in back so the arms can be almost fully extended.

5. Start Rock Climbing!


The tension rope in back can be used to assist the lower hand contracting when reaching for the next climbing hold. It can also be used to contract both hands by letting the back tighten the rope, thus tightening grips when a short break is needed during climbing.
